Greetings to you beloved!
This is a very special week; Palm Sunday is the day our Lord fulfilled the prophecies and rode victoriously into Jerusalem on a donkey. John 12:13 NKJV says: Took branches of palm trees and went out to meet Him, and cried out: “Hosanna! Blessed is He who comes in the name of the LORD! The King of Israel!”
This begins Jesus' journey to the cross. The cross that He gave all of Himself for our sins. What a loving Lord! to step out of His kingdom to take the wrath of God towards our sins albeit Jesus committed no sin. Three days later, is the reason that as a Christian we have the ultimate hope! Jesus defeated the grave and resurrected! Resurrection Sunday is a day of glory, hope, and celebration.
My prayer for whomever is reading this is to take comfort in our risen Lord Jesus who made the way for us through His sacrifice. The way to eternal life in the presence of our most merciful, loving, and Holy God.
